Oxide is a multiplayer FPS inspired by the survival FPS Rust!
Oxide transforms the traditional Minecraft experience with the notable features listed below:
- A reduced map size of 500x500 to make PVP encounters more common, with smaller biomes and Terralith world generation!
- An expansive post-apocalyptic loadout featuring Scorched Guns!
- More prevalent resources and materials generate throughout the world, leading to faster, more satisfying progression!
- Flight and efficient travel through the use of Immersive Aircraft!
These are just a few of the many features added in the modpack. This modpack is not intended for the traditional minecraft survival experience; it's made to be played only over a few days/weeks on a multiplayer world/server. Progressing from the first tier of weapons to the final tier doesn't take longer than a few hours at most, so gameplay is focused on combat and PVP rather than resource gathering. Much of this modpack is configurable! Anything from weapon damage, to map size, to ore generation is able to be changed.
