It's the modpack for Pockycraft (specifically Pockycraft: Ages), brought to Curseforge for easy updating for the poor players. It's not meant to be played outside of the server, but if you're crazy enough to try, it's got a bunch of tech mods and early-game mods like PrimalCore and Kitsu's Forgecraft, medieval mods like Epic Knights and Rustic, food mods like Pam's Harvestcraft, and decoration mods like Bibliocraft and Chisel. It's got a little bit of everything to contribute to a semi-realistic Minecraft experience.
