This modpack is made for playing on servers. It contains some resource packs, and also mods that only need to be installed on your side. (the client)
Before you ask,its not in 1.13 because it doesnt support mods (yet),and servers that run in 1.12.2 or older have broken block states,because of 1.13
replacing the block state system.
