[Bug] "Repurposing the energy core" description in the research table is too long

Error Behaviour

Image 2: Slightly scrolled down the entire dialog contents/both panes (why can I do that and scroll the right pane alone?)
Seems like at least one line is missing here. My UI scale is 2, but I don't think that's relevant. I can't scroll down on the left pane, only on the right.
Expected Behaviour
The text should not be clipping – either I should be able to scroll or the text should be shorter to fit inside the pane.

Cant reproduce since my gui looks normal, it must be something else affect that ui.
