When crating Wheat Dough from farmers delight the mekanism tank is deleted completely

This issue seems to be an incompatibility between BucketLib and Mekanism.

Since water agglomeratio and paper from sawdust recipes also use the same format as wheat dough, they are also affected.

Mekanism tanks can no longer be used as fluid ingredients in the newest version of BucketLib: cech12/BucketLib#55
The updated version of the mod will be included in 0.5.2.
