In both vers. 1.3.7 & 1.3.8 beta 4, when PBR is on, polished blackstone bricks are reflective, which is not only super inconsistent with other blackstone blocks, but also distracting, especially in bastions:

I assume this is a simple fix since there must be some internal block list responsible for this? Moreover, how can one exactly specify which blocks are reflective?
