[Bug] Glowing effect doesn't work

Hmm, I decided the test the glowing effect, but strangely enough, it doesn't show up in the slightest. In survival, glowing is very useful for locating pillagers during raids. Many other shaders suffer the same issue...
Could you show me a screenshot and are you in Optifine or Iris? Do not that Super Duper Vanilla will no longer support patches for Optifine to work.
Okay just checked it out, this seems to be occurring in multiple shaders and I believe this is an Iris issue
