There appears to be an issue with Bloom related to the End Portal that causes these sudden, random flashes of light.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Go to Camera settings under Post and enable Bloom
2. Get up close to an activated End Portal
3. Random flashing lights will appear within the frame, varying in intensity

Expected behavior
Being able to view the End Portal with no issues.
