custom skybox texture pack cause weird flashing

normal as usual

• iris 1.21.1 latest version
• latest branch (1.3.9-beta.4)

Since you're on AMD as well, does the visual issue occur without any resource packs and just the shader and Iris?

nope,the issue only occur when i used the custom skybox texture
