I can't have pitch darkness with the shaderpack because shaders don't work with mods that lower the minimum light.

A slider to change minimum light for people that want to change it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can also be a toggle between normal light and pitch darkness when light level is 0

Additional context
Moon phases would also brighten up the surface while keeping caves dark.

This is already possible in Super Duper Vanilla with the auto exposure setting and ambient lighting setting. Any other setting would only ruin the natural colors of the shader.
