This resoursepack change blaze and blaze rod design. Make blazes chained and covered with rusty steel plates and also adds scars on their eyes to make them look more brutal.

Updated things:
- the texture of the blaze has changed a little (some details in the texture have been corrected and shadows on the metal have also been added).
