I added heated mixing recipes for spawn eggs, I suggest to use JEI to see the recipes as there are too many of them to be shown here.
Most spawn egg recipes make use of items you can obtain from the mobs themselves or that have special interactions with them. The goal was to not make things too easy, if you reach the point where you can craft a spawn egg for a mob, that hopefully means that you have encountered quite a few of them to obtain the items needed for its recipe.
This datapack adds recipes for mobs that drop something, i.e. the ones that you may want to automate, from all the mods included in Create Flavored, including variants. For example, there are different recipes for the various sheep colors and for the different variants of frogs.
Now that you can obtain spawn eggs, spawners are needed to use them. I made spawners craftable by haunting cages, an item added by Supplementaries:
