Adds connected textures for Optifine and Fabric.
This pack isn't splited up in two different files anymore, it is now only one pack that works for both Optifine and Continuity
If you are using sodium (a fabric optimisation mod) and /or iris (shader mod for fabric compatible with sodium), you need to install Indium
I'm currently working on a version for the Faithfull Compliance pack (32x and 64x resolutions), which will be available for download on their website soon
