[IR] SNCF french Pack for immersive railroading

This is an addon for the Immersive railroading mod.

This addon (that will become a pack eventually) contains the legendary french 241A class steam locomotive mostly known for pulling the orient express in the 1930s

6 variants are in this pack :

- 2 SNCF era 241A65 (one with a big smoke deflector and the other with a smaller one)

- 2 SNCF era 241A58 (same as A65)

- SNCF era 241A13 (white livery)

- EST 241-002 (green/black livery)
