Jerma Death Message for Create

Changes the death message when you get crushed by create crushing wheels to be a reference to the Jerma clip shown below. Also changes it if you're pushed into them by someone else.

Note: Even if the game tells you the resource pack is for an older/newer version, it will most likely still work without issue.
