I started off manually creating each individual 4x4 texture, however I then decided to automatically resize all of them to be 25% smaller using a program. Sadly the colourmaps and animations have been slightly messed up, but it does make it more of a fun challenge! Check out my channel "Sileudies" for a video on this texture pack. Glhf!
