Don't you just hate while mining, building, well doing ANYTHING you have that "EERIE SOUND" play. You light everything within an inch of it's life, but it still keeps playing. They seem to be way too common for my taste, and if you feel the same this is a resource pack for you!
Basically it replaces the cave sounds with empty files. The subtitle is also changed to "Sweet Silence" because I wasn't able to remove the subtitle entirely.
Note: This changes NO textures.
