In 23w04a snapshot the enchanted item glintwas changed to less strength to better see the new overlays. This resource pack restore it to version before the 23w04a snapshot.
To install resource pack:
1. Click "Win" + "R",
2. Click "Enter",
3. Go to the ".minecraft" folder and double click the "resourcepack" folder,
4. Move your Resource Pack here.
