Phantom Sounds to Dragon Sounds Resource Pack for Fabric 1.19.2
This sound only Resource Pack replaces the Phantom in game sounds with Dragon related noises.
It was designed PURELY to compliment the incredible "Angry Dragons (Phantom replacement)" resource pack made by mrblueyeti . which as of this date, hasn't got any sound replacement for the phantoms.
