Changed every type of door and trapdoor to be 3D. Also updated the icons for doors so that they use the 3D model instead of the vanilla 2D sprite. Since last release I fixed a few texture issues and overall optimized the pack.

This pack also fits very well with my new Remodeled Fence and Gates pack which adds new 3D models for every type of fence and fence gate 😀
