"The Land of Pride" is a custom Vanilla+ resource pack that I have been working on for several months now along side my "Surviving With Pride" singleplayer YouTube series. Drawing inspiration from my own mind, from JermsyBoy, and my experience as a pixel artist, I've made some textures that I love and enjoy using in my world. The pack works best when accompanied with Optifine, but most features will work without it. It also will technically work in 1.14 snapshots, but I cannot guarantee it does not have bugs when used for this.
Included as a part of my resource pack is JermsyBoy's Custom Mobs add-on, used with permission.
