Woodcraft offers an immersive wood-grained experience. Most textures have been modified, some subtly and others drastically. Even the sun, moon, clouds, rain and air-bubbles are different.
Starting with Woodcraft 1.12.2c the wooden theme is now more cohesive with the removal of the radioactive-blue fire and toxic-green water and moon. However, if you want them back you're in luck! They've been moved to the new add-on pack, the Woodcraft Toxic Add-on.
The concept of this pack is to give a wooden feel to most textures without changing their fundamental design or coloration. For some textures this simply means adding diagonal wood-grain striations to the existing texture, for others this means a significant redesign to add wooden accents. Includes all block textures except fire.
Versions 1.10 onward include animations and alternate textures! For instance, furnaces flicker, endframe eyes blink, and mycelium slowly morphs. All wood types have multiple alternate textures for logs, planks, slabs, fences and stairs, as do anvils, beds, beacons, bookshelves, bricks, cactus, glowstone, all root crops, and many others.
Versions 1.10 onward also include a fix for edge textures on the default door models and put a custom texture on the bottom of pumpkins and melons instead of repeating the stem texture from the top.
This pack features unique weapon and tool textures based on the material--wooden items look broken and dull, stone items are large and blunt, iron items are curved and sharp, etc.
From version 1.11 onward you will find a new language option called "English (Woodcraft)" which changes the names of most blocks, items, entities, and menu options as well us much of the other text in the game. This replaces the non-optional custom names and text in version 1.10.
