Cataclysm is a Sky genre map where you start in a little island with only a limited amount of the most important things in this game: dirt, water, food and blocks.
This map requires the player to think carefully every step he wants to make, one step wrong can ruin the entire world, be carefull...
The Basics
Overworld and Nether are the only available dimensions, there is no End.
Enderman, Creeper and Ghast cannot grief, but Creeper has knockback on explosion.
In the Nether you are forced to play in adventure gamemode.
Nether Hub
The Nether is what you can consider your personal hub, where you can store your valuables and travel to all 4 zones of the world.
North Warp
North island is your primary island.
Your primary source of blocks are the skeletons from your spawner. The skeletons provide you bones which can be converted to bone meal, and then the bone meal to bone blocks.
To keep yourself alive you have a little berry bush where you can get sweet berries.
Until the endgame, you won't have a bed to sleep, you are privated from a good source of lighting, watch out!
After gathering enough blocks, you will be able to access the Nether.
South Warp
In south zone there is a custom silverfish spawner which you can farm for wooden pickaxes. And there is a little temple where you can fight a zombie horse mini boss.
East Warp
In the east zone there is no much things to do, you can gather a few block, items and fight an Illusioner mini boss.
West Warp
The west zone is the last zone, this island contains end blocks and another mini boss, an elder guardian.
Final
After defeating each mini boss and getting their repsective loot you can consider yourself in the endgame. The next steps are getting your island bigger, make your best automatic farms, obtain villagers,...
Rules
SinglePlayer only.
- No cheating,such as flying, change gamemode (overworld and nether), etc...
- No use of mods that can alter the mechanics of the game or add functionalities.
- Prohibited the use of exploit to duplicate items or break the bedrock in the spawn chunks.

Special Event
The first 4 people to complete the following challenges might be added and recognized in-game in a future revision of the map.
Required challenges:
Make a village with more than 3 villagers and place a bell.
Get full diamond armor with Mending enchantment in each item (4 mending in total).
Make a conduit.
Get enchanting table ready to enchant at level 30.
Get 1 diamond.
Get 1 stack of blaze rods.
Place all 16 colored beds.
Place 1 name tag to an endermite.
In order to validate the completion of these challenges the player must record the entire playthrough to avoid any cheats.
