Introduction
Dark clouds obscure the horizon. Fat droplets of grey water spill down from the heavens onto the blood stained streets. The lonely man stares from his window, safe inside fortress of solitude. Crazed parodies of former life hammer on the door. Vast skyscrapers of concrete and glass stretch out into the distance, obscuring the flashes of lightning. BOOM! Thunder splits the air. The man jumps, spinning, waiting for the dead men to come streaming up the stairs. But nothing happens, the solid metal door holding for now. The man turns, picking up his last supplies, a few chunks of bread, an old wrench, a small piece of apple, a mysterious piece of paper with some letters scribbled on it. He stuffs them in an old bucket quickly, the hammering at the door growing louder. The fluorescent lights above him start to flicker, the emergency generator growing weaker. The darkness grows nearer, the lights dimmer. The man steps neatly out of the emergency exit, sliding down the ladder into the darkness. Now is the time to run, to fight, to discover why. This time, the darkness won’t leave.
Rules
1. There is 1 (one - un - uno) rule: No building a portal or cheating! It is also just a demo. There is no escape, no story line and nothing outside the box.
