Based on the playable demo.

When E. Gadd has not been found yet, switch to the original mansion, rather than normal mansion. ✓
Add Meet E. Gadd dialog version with beta dialog, and white gold ghosts. ✓
Add First key dialog version with white ghost particles. ✓
Inaccessible rooms (all but Foyer, Hallway 1, Parlor, Hallway 2, Study, Master Bedroom, Nursery, Hallway 3, Hallway 4, Hallway 5, Hallway 6, Bathroom 1, Washroom 1, Dining Room, Kitchen and Boneyard) will be made or black and purple concrete, have no contents, and ticking does nothing (except show "Missingno" as room name). ✓
The hallway 8 part (staircase to second floor) will be modeled, as it's visible; beyond that is all missingno. ✓
Only Parlor, Hallway 2 and Hallway 3 doors are locked. ✓
Room numbering of missingno rooms follows normal mansion layout, except: breaker room after hallway 23, hallway 9-15 after hallway 8, hallway 8 after hallway 6, new balcony after F3 balcony, courtyard and bottom of the well after rec room. ✓
GBH timer increase value set to 10, the current time is recieved from the in_mansion_time. At 1:30AM, E. Gadd calls that the mansion is ending. ✓
Poltergust 500 mansion option; when set, Poltergust 3000 is replaced with Poltergust 500 if in room 0+. (Overheating, expelling is always water) ✓
Beta Shining ghost (bouncing around the room). ✓
Beta Boo (Spark movement, freezes when looked at). ✓
Beta Flying Fish (circling a coordinate). ✓
Neville, Lydia, Miss. Petunia and Spooky having 50 Max HP, and no pearl_dropper. ✓
Lydia has Neville's behavior (using the turn around animation). ✓
Miss. Petunia never turns visible. ✓
Spooky never wakes up. ✓
Chests giving coins based on remaining time. ✓
Ghost Coin item, value 5; gold bar behavior. ✓

  • Portrait Speedster. Capture Neville, and Lydia in the original mansion. ✓
  • All Done? Clear all clearable rooms in the original mansion before E. Gadd calls. ✓
  • Can't Touch This. Get no damage in the original mansion until E. Gadd calls. ✓
  • Slowpoke. Clear a room in the original mansion, only to get 1 coin from the chest. ✓
  • More Money, More Power! Get 200 ghost coins in the original mansion before E. Gadd calls. ✓
  • Ghost Cash! Get a total of 1.000 ghost coins. ✓
  • What Happened? Overheat the Poltergust 500. ✓
  • Teasing? Scan Miss. Petunia in the original mansion. ✓
  • Hone Skills! Do the portrait battles of all portrait ghosts in the original mansion. ✓

Unlocked amiibo: E. Gadd, Poltergust no longer detaches because of mistakes when vacuuming ghosts. ✓
