Rapid teleportation causes desyncs

Major instances:
- Pulled by ghost
- On rotating ball floor
- Bowser's vacuum
- Moved by knockback
- Moved by bashed scare
Side effects, in order:
- Unable to stop taking damage without letting go/unable to capture chauncey/bogmire decently
- Unable to reliably catch the floating whirlindas
- Unable to evade the attack
- Not moved away from damage source
- No ccontrolled movement
Fix?: Teleport, then wait 1 tick before the next teleport

This literally CANNOT be fixed, if your connection communication takes longer than the time between teleports, you cannot move, no matter what I do.
Let's hope Mojang tackles this issue.
