New add-on: Dark Moon and 3 Sound Pack

Just two simple add-ons where the music and sounds in the game are replaced with identical sounds from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Luigi's Mansion 3.

Examples:

Exterior Theme - Gloomy Manor Theme (Exterior) (Dark Moon)/7F: Garden Suites (LM 3)

I think it would be a very interesting way to hear the map in action for certain people who enjoy music and sound effects from all 3 games.

Been thinking about this; Possessed Spider and Possessed Staircase would work pretty well, but ambush maneuver not for Boolossus (it's not intimidating enough; Big Boo is less intimidating that Boolossus). The Possessed Ice would fit rather well, in its place.
In turn, the Possessed Clock theme would match with Vincent pretty well (as it also used waves).

I'd recommend giving all of them some more thought (not to mention the lack of LM3 suggestions) to find tracks that would fit rather well with the surrounding area/events.

Sure, we can discuss it some time, I think this could be a really cool add-on for the map, and it'll please dark moon and 3 fans.

One thing that bothered me about the suggested tracks is that rather than dark room music in dark rooms, you suggested lit mansion music.
My suggestion is they should use ghost themes (Eg Dark moon: hallway: ghost theme 13, room: ghost theme 1, lit: gloomy manor main theme, exterior: gloomy manor exterior).

One thing that bothered me about the suggested tracks is that rather than dark room music in dark rooms, you suggested lit mansion music. My suggestion is they should use ghost themes (Eg Dark moon: hallway: ghost theme 13, room: ghost theme 1, lit: gloomy manor main theme, exterior: gloomy manor exterior).

Those themes could work well, and even ones like Ghost Theme 15 for certain dark rooms like the astral hall for example, though what do you think?

I think I have an idea on how to do this dynamically, and since I already started working on the dark moon map, it shouldn't be hard to do.

I think a map-setting, per-player would be good here, setting music to LM1/2/3, and simply modifying the set music functions (eg calling luigis_mansion:other/music/set/hallway would set the values according to the player's setting).

a few more tracks to think of/not listed in the suggestion:

  • Lab themes (underground lab, portrificationizer room, gallery, training room (controls, training, results))
  • Toad
  • dark room (not hallway)
  • talking with ghosts
  • danger (eg mr. luggs' angry state)
  • catching portrait ghosts (I assume the corresponding catch themes for the bosses)
  • ball room (ghost guys and floating whirlindas)
  • mini game (twins and jarvis), that is if they shouldn't use showtime

Alao, vincent only lists LM2, not LM3

that would be a very smart move, so everyone has the freedom to choose the music they like respectedly.
