Multiplication of Luigi's skin

Describe the bug
When teleporting, sometimes the armor stands of the Luigi model disappear and sometimes reappear but in multiple quantities. For example, sometimes when entering the mansion the skin disappears, and when leaving, Luigi has two left arms, two right, two heads. This occurs mostly when the render distance and simulation distance are at a value less than 6.
To Reproduce
- Place a render distance and simulation distance equal to or less than 6 (preferably a render distance of 4 and a simulation distance of 5).
- Enter and exit the mansion and open and close the map in the GBH multiple times.
- Press F5 and see the error.

Additional context
- I usually play with a chunk distances at low values, since the map requires too much CPU and RAM, and since the interiors of the mansion are small and there is not much to see, I try to maintain the balance between aesthetics and performance.
- I fix this using /kill @e[tag=luigi_model]
