E3 Demo mansion theme music speed transitions aren't smooth

Describe the bug
While the normal mansion music speed transitions smoothly, not having to pass a whole loop, this is not the case for the E3 Demo mansion music.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the E3 Demo add-on
  2. Go to the original mansion, to the "area 2" hallway
  3. Listen to the music speed at 100 HP
  4. Let a basher hit you
  5. Listen to the music speed at 50 HP

Expected behavior
The speed is updated instantly, rather than having to wait a full loop

Additional context
This requires splitting up the music into a file per beat.
Add the intro tune while modifying the music anyways.
