A new, updated map for DOWNSTREAM. There is now a beacon in the center of the map to indicate the location of the minecart, each team's base has a flag of their color, and the map has been completely redone. The co-ords that the DOWNSTREAM plugin must be configured to use are included inside the map's zip file, rather than posted here, for easier access.
