Shows stats of Pals when hovering over Eggs.
FULL stats for Eggs resulting from Breeding.
LIMITED stats for Eggs found in the Wild.
The reason I can't show full stats for Wild Eggs too is because they don't have much meaningful dynamic data. You are literally doing a lottery when hatching them for stats. Bred Eggs, on the other hand, have lots of dynamic data because they need data based on their parents.
Things to Note
- This is just a quick mod upload. Updates will not be consistent as I am still working towards finishing the last semester of my degree.
- I will be less attentive answering questions about this mod than I was for my other mod Pal Info (while I was active)
- I know the UI is not fully aligned, I had some issues and then stopped caring. At least I handled clamping when approaching the right border of the screen.
- There is a rare bug (for me) where the UI gets stuck on screen after exiting the Inventory. Just hover over an item in your Inventory again to fix it. My logic is checking when the item slot tooltip is visible, and sometimes its get caught somehow.
Possible Configs (stored in PalEggInfo.modconfig.json)
- Mod Enabled - whether the mod is Enabled or Disabled. Must be Enabled to function
- Require Ability Glasses - whether you need to have Ability Glasses in your inventory for the mod to function
- Ability Glasses Location - where the glasses may be in your inventory. Options are Accessory Slot (default) or Any Slot
Testing
- Tested using UE4SS v3.0.1
- Tested on Palworld v0.1.5.1 and v0.2.0.6 and v0.3.3
- Tested in Singleplayer
- Does not fully work in multiplayer as of yet
- Tested while using no mods
- Tested while using other minor Lua and PAK mods
