This addon allows you to view people's stats and fragments if they also have the addon.
Simply click on them (target them) and click inspect on them.
if they are in PvP target them and simply open up your character menu keybind.
Note: THEY MUST HAVE ADDON IN ORDER TO VIEW THEIR STATS/FRAGS
