A(re) Y(ou) R(eady) is a visual ready confirmation for your party or raid.
How to use: If you are in a party or raid and you are its leader then just left-click on the AYR minimapbutton to start a check.
If other players have AYR installed a confirmation frames will pop-up to ask their status. If they do not answer within 15 seconds the confirmation frame will close itself and the status will be set to afk.
If other players don't have AYR installed they can also confirm their status by manually typing "+","-" or "afk" in the party-chatchannel.
Settings: To open the settingframes right-click on the AYR minimapbutton.
number of shown groups: choose the number of statusbars shown onscreen number of rows: choose how the statusbars are aligned to each other fullview mouse over minimap: when this is activated all six statusframes will be displayed when you move your mouse over the minimapbutton
