kwSwitchBars hides and shows the different ActionBars depending on which modifier key is pressed.
All ActionBars are set to the same position and only one is visible.
- no key down = main ActionBar shown
- shift key down = bottom ActionBar shown
- ctrl key down = right ActionBar shown
- alt key down = left ActionBar shown
