The Walking Cerebrate
Behind my lore, Kheldrun is basically a cerebrate birthed in the form of a Hydralisk by the Overmind. Thus, he can be resurrected, when dead, at any Hatchery, Lair, or Hive. You also cannot make a second one of him.
