== Overveiw ==

Hello everyone. I have made this page to give information on a map i am working on. The map is based in a City somewhere in the Koprulu Sector. The City has recently been infected by the zerg Virus, and now a Special Op's team has been dropped in to retreive a vital peice of information. You are part of this team. And your objective is to retreive the peice of information and get your team out ... Alive

When you start the game you will either have a random class selected for you or you will be able to chose your class. These option's are still being considered. Anyway there are 6 Classes, Heavy Support (tank Class), Medic (healer class), Marksman (sniper Class), Engineer (builder class), Scout (Solo class), Flame thrower (AoE Damage class). There is more information about the classes below. Once you have chosen your class you will be randomly droped in the city. So the objective of this game to find a piece of information, which could be at a number of location's if thier are the full 12 player's then 3 people will be given the same location to scout out. All players are ally's but no one has shared vision. While you try and find the information infected waves of enemy's will start to apear, you must try and get the information before the wave's become to powerful for you. Once you have the information you should try and team up with your partner's, and try survive until wave 20 when the drop ship will come to save you.

Now i know the above wall of text does not tell you that much about gameplay but basicly you will be droped down with only your gun. You must try and find the piece of information at the location given to you. Once you have found it try and round up your team to the same location. Then run around and try to survive untill the dropship come's to save you, do not camp because you will be overrun and stay try stay in minimum 2 group's otherwise you will be overrun. When the drop ship arrives it will be at a random location somwhere in the map. and this will be wave 21 which is the hardest you must try fight to the drop ship and get out alive.

Classes

Heavy Support

This class will be for tanking Bosses and for basically dealing Medium damage at a fast pace. He will a essential to anyone wanting to go to wave 20 perhaps even 2. This class can go solo but is recommended to go with a group from backup as he does not deal major damage.

Damage - Medium

Attack Speed - Medium

The Ability i have worked out so far are :

Suppressing Fire - Which will allow the Unit to shot at a large area slowing and damaging units inside the radius. It will also help allot when the major hoards start coming for this ability will allow you to slow down one side while you fight off another Side.

Enter Firing Stance/Leave Firing Stance - The Marine enters a state where he cannot move but he does have a much higher damage output and a faster rate of fire. He can only fire in a 180 degree radius in front of him and receives extra damage from attacks on the back. This ability will take time to Enter and Leave.

Toss Grenade - Simple to the name the Marine just throws a grenade doing damage to multiple units in its radius. This will not however be us full against bosses.

Guard - Because this unit is one of the stronger unit's he can guard one of his weaker companion's. For example if you guard a unit and he take damage within 0-5 range of you, you will take 25% of the damage and he will take 25% less. 10-5 range will take 10% damage, it might seem stupid but it Definately help's the weaker classes.

Marksman

This class will be far range, high damage unit that will be essential to the boss waves. This unit cant really go on a solo because of its slow reload rate.It needs other units to help it kill the masses. This unit is needed to achieve wave 20

Ability's

Snipe - A long range high Damage shot good for taking out dangerous targets before they get to close.

Penitrator Round - much like raynor's sniper ability in the campain this round goes though unit's dealing damage to all of them in a line.

Critical Strike - (It will increase with upgrade's) a behaviour that whenever you attack you have a 5% chance of dealing an extra 15 damage.

Invisibility Generator - A small contraption that when used will make the marksman invisible for 7 second's and increase his running by 20%. It has no energy charge but has a long cooldown.

Flame Thrower

This unit is very high AoE and is very us full for destroying masses of enemy unit's and without this class getting to wave 20 will be very hard indeed however you do not "need" him to achieve that goal.

Attack Damage - Medium (in high AoE area)

Attack Speed - Medium

Ability's

Overburst - Like the flame wave ability from warcraft 3 this shot's a large wave of fire forward burning all in its path

Sticky Fire ! - This make so whenever you deal damage to a enemy unit he will take 2 damage every second for 6 second's (these number's are subject to change)

Bloodlust - Your Flame Thrower gets so angry he starts shotting faster and dealing more damage. However he is more prone to taking damage when like this (he take 10% more damage

Naplam Bomb - A canister which when throwen is almost like a grenade. However once the explosion is over it leave's a fire behind which burn's and unit's that go through it even ally's. (10 damage every second)

Medic

The Medic has a gun. Which is strange yes however though that is not nearly his best quality. He is the only unit that can heal. He can also provide anti Posion and protect's he ally's. This Unit is needed to win the game, and i would not recommend soloing with this unit.

Ability's

Medi-Kit - Heal's a targeted ally for a 45 health (Subject to change)

Anti-Posion - Now i have made a unit which when it does damage to you you start taking damage. Most likly 4 every 2 second's. Now it might not seem like alot but this effect last's 5 minute's which is about 600 damage so if you dont get anti posion you will die.

Shield Provision - The Medic can provide shield's to his/her ally's which add's 15 or so hit points to the hero. (there is not model change on the unit)

Poison - The Medic can shot a poison vial into a enemy unit which does 10 damage every second to the unit. This effect last's for 120 second's (1200 damage)

Scout

This is a solo unit mostly. He has a high damage attack. He has medium health and alot of solo ability ment to help him survive. Not needed to achieve level 2.

Speed - Very High

Ability's

Wall Jump - Let's you jump to any area within 6 range. Even up cliff's.

Camouflage - Turn's the scout invisible to enemy unit's. He cannont move or shot, and it only last's 15 second's. Cost's no energy and you gain 5 vision.

Grenade Attack - Replace's the scout's shotgun with grenade's that he can throw while moving. So basically you can throw grenade's like using a weapon. saddly it only allows 12 second's of use.

Eagle eye - Can scout out a area. Simply gaining vision like that ability from the Orbital Command center.

Engineer

The Engineer is defently an asset to your group. He can delay the enemy with auto turrent's. Build sandbag's and plant Bomb's to kill large amount's or enemy's.

Ability's

Build Sandbag - Build's a sandbag with 50 health. To delay enemy's.

Plant Claymore - A landmine that blow's up as soon as a enemy unit steps on it.

Plant Remote Claymore - A Landmine that you set off.

Build Auto Turret - umm... Build''s a auto turret.

Another idea that Skedarlord helped me think of was making a Pro hero, like a squad commander, who can only be used by people who have won the game. He will have inceased stat's and cool ability's. Anyway this is still a maybe.
