Mattel took some liberties with historical accuracy, so it is not totally appropriate for 1863. The doll came with a nurse's cap and cloak that would not have been standard uniform at the time, and I left the cloak off because I couldn't find a good mesh for it.
This is a recolor of dancemachinetrait's maid and VAD uniforms, with the mesh edit from my Ruth dress. Petticoat texture comes from Noriann's Simblr. There are 40 swatches from no particular palette. Half are stripes and half are solids. Half have the caduceus symbol on the apron and half don't.
