DEFORMER MAPS ARE STILL BROKEN

This is a standalone MERGED CAS Override for the Cozy Celebrations Live Event Rewards that fixes EAxis' improper PartFlags, but also overhauls certain PartFlags in order to remove restrictions on certain CAS items so all sims have access to them while maintaining order in CAS.

Keep in mind that OUR BODIES ARE STILL BROKEN and wearing clothing that don't match your "Physical Frame" will result in horrible body deformities along your spine.
