This is just a thumbnail, the only function of which is to separate one category from another. When you put them on your sim - they do nothing. They will always be shown at the very beginning of each sub-category. It's not a mod, it doesn't affect on gameplay, no need to update.

Second part of CAS Organizer - Skin Detail. Lets look closer - face detail, cheek scar and body scar. There is no thumbnail "cheek left" and "arm left" in scars 'cause I can't put them first before the EA scar
Accessories
Final part of CAS Organizer- Accessories! There is no thumbnail "wrist left" and "brow ring left" 'cause I can't put them first before the EA. Also I didn't create thumbnail of glasses, necklace, fingernails, toenails 'cause I don't see a need for them.
