NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

Sims will stop being obsessed with giving fake news to other Sims which ruins their relationship. Instead, the NAP will unlock the funniest joke in the world and enthuse about celebrations interactions while it ist active.
Sims will be more effective at learing the following skills when the Promote Creative Arts Neighborhood Action Plan ist active: Ping pong, juice pong, DJmixing, video gaming, comedy, mischief
If you have the Seasons Pack installed, you will also be able to click on the ground and choose one of the group singing songs that came with that Expansion Pack. You will also be able to click on your Sim and choose to wear a costume at any time.
