Find the board under Appliances/Misc or Off Grid/Misc.
The dashboard has four functions: Search for a job, Exit job, Search for casual jobs, and Cancel currently active casual jobs.
It just uses the cell phone instances, so the menus should automatically translate to your language (although I didn't test this, as EA made it very inconvenient to change the language now).
Compatible with the base game.
