Hidden needs that exist in the vanilla game but are invisible, thirst and hand hygiene affect autonomy, oral hygiene does nothing at all. These mods make those needs visible and add some playability.
Hand hygiene
Hand hygiene decreases with basically every interaction in the game, so I slowed it down. A moodlet will tell you when it's time for your Sims to wash their hands, there's not much more to say about this one.
Thirst
Sims will suffer the consequences of going too long without drinking, starting to feel lightheaded and collapsing if you ignore the urge. The mod comes with a refillable water bottle that you can purchase in build mode under appliances - various (the item requires growing together), comes in 9 colors: The bottle can be carried and refilled at any sink:
Oral hygiene
This need is only added the first time your Sim brushes their teeth!
Until then, the mod does nothing. Once the necessity is added, Sims can suffer the consequences of going too long without brushing their teeth. If you ignore the need for too long, they may develop cavities and will need to visit a dentist (from the phone, without excessive micromanagement).
Tricks:
