I was revisiting my old Valentine's Day set and decided to take the Macaroons and make them edible.
You can buy the Macaroons Box from Misc Decor or Small Appliances category. It cost 30$. You can open it or place it in the inventory.
When you open it, the box will disappear and 3 random macaroons will show up in your Sim's inventory.
