The mod disables whims for Sims to have the desire to seduce acquaintances and the whim to suddenly want to break up.
By default, any Sim in the friend list may randomly acquire the whim to seduce, but I believe it's not ideal. Therefore, only Sims with the 'Player' trait will have the whim to seduce, and only Sims with the 'CommitmentIssues' trait will have the whim to suddenly want to break up, limiting these whims to Sims with specific dispositions.
It's worth noting that these whims are merely random desires and do not result in actual interactions.
