There are two versions of this mod:
No Cooldown will remove the cooldown from the super efficient baby care interaction, but you will still require parenting level 10 to unlock.
No Restrictions removes both the cooldown and skill requirement, so the interaction should always be available.
IMPORTANT: Only install one version as they will conflict.
This is a rewrite of Zafisim's original version of this mod, as I believe it hasn't been updated in several years.
