- Launch or Upgrade a Rocket 5 Times

- addon_auto_limit_lemon_friendships - There's an additional goal with this aspiration that the Sim with the Lemon Aspiration cannot get close to anyone except with grandparent with the Mint Aspiration until the grandparent passes away. This is in Beta, but I tested it and it seems to work fine for me. Basically, it caps relationships at 20 or less. This only applies once the Sim has the Lemon aspiration, so when they're a teen is the earliest that it can take effect. I will probably do more with this a little later to make it more accurate. Anyone that the Sim with the Lemon aspiration interacts with from that point on will either have the relationship drop until it's 20 or below or it'll increase to up to 20 and then decrease even if it's a positive interaction. This just keeps things in check for this aspiration.
