These were made for EP01 - Get to Work Retail Stores. They are retail refrigerators that you can stock with items and Sims will purchase them autonomously while they are in your store. They will also prevent items, such as fish, from spoiling as quickly.
You can find them at Retail & Outdoor. They come in my Farmer's Market Woods palette.
These produce stands function as a retail freezer. You can store anything you want to sell in these and Sims will walk up to them, explore for a bit, and then buy things. You can open it at any time to see what's in its inventory.
It comes with different seasonal variations of this stand so you can have a variety of options when putting together your grocery or farmers market.
These stalls will also get dirty when shopping Sims interact with them. I got creative and made a layer of moss-covered soil on it since it's made of wood and primarily for outdoors. Your Sim and his employees will need to whip out the spray to clean it from time to time or your customers won't be happy with the smell!
These also have some extra slots so you can decorate them or sell items from them. If you want to decorate it with products, be sure to put it in construction mode; otherwise it will go directly to the product stand inventory. Also, be aware of what you put in those slots because they can prevent Sims from being able to purchase from them.
