Due recent changes on toddler sims this mod is broken.
Use this mod as an alternative.
This mod reverts certain changes made to the toddler Sim Modifiers/Sliders. These changes were causing the Sims faces to appear glitched if the Sim with these Modifiers/Sliders was not a toddler.
If this doesn't works for you, you probably have a mod affected by the Dec 5th update, check this thread.
Normally you won't be using toddler modifiers on other age group like the sim on the preview since there's no way to do it intentionally without mods, but since the Dec 5th update there's a bug causing sims to keep the toddler modifiers when they grow up.
