When you press on the object you'll see an option to buy soft service ice cream, it will open a selection menu and you can choose from 12 different soft serve ice creams in cones.
The item can be placed on counter top, tables, etc.
Eating the ice cream will give your Sim random buff (inspired, playful or focused).
