Another week, another shell! I love designing rooms for you guys to use and incorporate into your own builds however you like but I also thought you might like to see the original floorplan for some of these collections. This shell is partially furnished because I generally don't upload the balconies and foyers as rooms. (sometimes I do but not always, especially if they are double height). Hope you enjoy. The separate rooms will be coming next week.
(note: I did build this in the 'Snowy Escape' World for the aesthetic screenshots however it is not required.)

New to Downloading Rooms or Lots?
You can find rooms and lots you download in the gallery in-game. Click on your library and make sure you have the Custom Content check box ticked. Also make sure you have the bb.moveobjects cheat enabled. This will make sure everything is placed correctly
